| Final ROE:
1. ALL CHAT: All chat, accidental or not, is NOT ALLOWED for any reason except by the HCO'S and Admins. All chat applies during A. Lock & Load. *See #4 - Lock & Load B. Waiting for a round to go LIVE. C. Any point in a Scrim/Battle and at the end of a Scrim/Battle. During a battle, if a player All Chats , they will receive 1 in game warning by an Admin. Upon the second offense, that player will be kicked from the server. Any comments made directly at the other army or one of its members will result in a ban from the rest of the battle or a possible tournament ban depending on the content of the comments. If you feel this may be a problem you are encouraged to rebind the key. All chat logs on ALL Conflict 2142 SERVERS are logged and recorded for review at any time.
2. COMMS: All players are required to have Teamspeak. Excessive yelling/swearing/screaming is not allowed. ALL players are required to be on Teamspeak during a battle in their appropriate Army Battle Channel. Special cases needed to be first cleared by an Administrator. Any player attempting to abuse their TS rights/privileges in any manner including spying, will result in a ban from the TS server. Only Admins are allowed to Kick or ban players from Teamspeak. If a player was kicked from Teamspeak by someone other than an admin, SA rights will be removed regardless of a rank. Excessive channel kicking or pm spamming is not permitted. Non Tournament Staff who have SA should contact an Administrator first, before banning someone from TS. If an Administrator is not around, please document and pm the ban to the Combat Coordinator.
3. PROPER TAGS/NAME: You must wear your correct tags at all times on Teamspeak and on while playing in Battles. A. Your army prefix and company is required on Teamspeak and in Battle. B. You will need to make your forum,TS name the same. The letters following the tags must match on both areas. C. [3XF] or [HF] Must be in for your Clan tags. If you have a Squad letter you may have that in also, However - If you are presently or have served in any armed forces/military, then show it! You are allowed to use (3XF) or (HF) instead of using the normal [ ] Brackets! D. If Confused - Refer to your Commanding Officers on what your proper in game and Teamspeak tags should be. Any player not wearing proper tags will be asked to disconnect and apply their proper tags before reconnecting to the battle server. E. NO inappropriate names - Racially, Sexually, or Suggestive names as your identification in the Forums, TS, or in game ( If it is generally acceptable i.e. Hotlips = Ok! BUT BigDick = Not Ok! ) - Create a new player if needed for the Game (Sorry) for all your tags to match properly. This site has players of all ages and expects you to represent yourself in a mature manner.
4. LOCK & LOAD: A. Lock & Load is the 15 minutes before a Battle. During this time you MUST REMAIN AT YOUR MAIN BASE. We ask that armies use this time to get their guys setup on TS, setup squads or go over any strats before the Battle is called LIVE. An Admin will call out when the Battle starts using VOICE "all chat" via TS with a "THIS IS LIVE, LIVE, LIVE" comment in voice and TEXT on server. If anything arises during a battle and the round is paused or restarted - the same applies when play resumes "LIVE". If an admin is on the server and calls for a cease fire or issues other instructions they must be obeyed immediately until ready for Live play. B. Any fly-overs bombings or killing will result in a KICK from the server during lock and load. You are expected to comply with the orders given by your commanding officers. C. A repeat offense will result a one day battle ban. 5. BFCO: A high ranking HCO/officer is expected to assume the Commander position during a battle. All BFCOs need to have TS keybindings to Tournament Administrators to address any issues during a battle. Whoever sits in the BFCO chair is in complete control of the army at that point, this does not give them the right to continue in that position - they are still required to follow the chain of command in respect to their superiors when sharing command.
6. THE BATTLE Saturday Lock & Load: 1:15pm EST 6.15pm GMT LIVE Battle: 1.30pm/6.30pm until 8.30pm EST/12.30am GMT, You must play on only your army. Team switching is not allowed. If a battle ends in a tie, there will be a sudden-death tie-break round. All players are expected to follow these rules while participating in every battle. If you are idle on the battle server for more than 5 minutes, you will be kicked automatically. There will be a 2 minute round end and a 2 minute round start for each round = 4 minute Break overall between rounds. Each side has 350 Tickets. If the server crashes. If both sides is over 175 then it is a draw, BUT if One side has over 130 ticket lead then they win, In the event of a tie Rounds at the end of battle. A tie breaker will be played at the end of the battle. We will play one more round at 8:25PM but not at 8:46PM unless there’s a one round lead then one more round will be played. *All HCO members are expected to keep up with the Battleday score. At the end of the Battle an Admin will ask each Gen or highest ranking HCO for this information. It is recommended that you relay the information to keep it current when rotating out of the BFCO seat. If any discrepancies between the reported scores from the Gens / HCO's - there will be a required review and resolution of this matter immediately. If in the case of a server crash you will have 6 minutes to load back up to the server and stay at main base ready for re-start.
7. TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES A round may be restarted if : A. There's a glitch in the start of a map or B. If a BFCO cannot get into commander mode. C. If problems occur the maximum time of waiting before resuming "LIVE" play wil not exceed 10 minutes maximum.
*If the Teamspeak server crashes during a battle, the battle is expected to continue unless otherwise instructed by a Tournament Administrator. If the server crashes, everyone is expected to reload into back into the server and await a Administrator further instructions - this time should be treated like Lock & Load. with the correct "LIVE" commands stated in the Server and via Voice on Teamspeak. 8. SPYING A. Communicating with a member of the opposing army using Team Speak (whisper/pm), an instant messenger, or by any other means while you are during battle days is strictly prohibited. Any member caught doing this will result in possible tournament ban depending on the Global Coordinator / Combat Coordinator/ Combat Administrator's discretion. The creation of multiple forum accounts will result in a Tournament Ban - please note that if you have more than one player under the same household, please contact a Tournament Administrator so you account isn't flagged as a multiple account. B. Any attempt to access an opposing armies strats/forums by any other means will result in a Tournament ban. Conflict 2142 promotes clan participation in the tournament, however we request that if you join with your clan mates, to join the same division not join separate divisions with or without any intentions of spying regardless. C. If you happen to join on the wrong side when after loading into the game, you are requested to switch to the proper side as quickly as possible - YOU are not allowed to watch and monitor the activities of your "enemy" division. Consequences to your actions regarding #8-C : c1. The server will kick you, just in case you had a family emergency and were not aware of your actions! c2. Warning w/ kick and or Ban if deemed necessary by BOTH HCO's and at least one Admin of [CA] position or higher. This ensures that both divisions know what's going on with the opposing and within their own division. c3. You will lose all forum rights and Rank status within your division, Re-training and Agreement to the ROE in writing will be required before you can resume play in the tournament for either division. c4. Permanent BAN. 9. MAP EXPLOITING: Any use of 3d-party cheats or hacks is an immediate ban with proof of hacking and all will be investigated. 9a.The use of map glitches/exploits is strictly prohibited. Exploits can include but are not limited to: hiding/glitching inside of walls, in trees or objects where you can see out, but others can't see you; shooting through walls or objects where you can kill, but can't be killed. Punishment will be Round loss. 10. PLAYER REPORTING: Here is the process of reporting a rule violation. The players name and violation needs to be immediately reported to the BFCO through the Chain of Command. Divisional Leaders/Channel Admin to the BFCO. The BFCO then needs to immediately notify an Administrator on TS (via whisper) the player's name and offense. That player will be put on a Report List managed by the Tournament Administrator and will be watched in free cam by an admin the next day through the battle recordings. If the reported player is caught by an admin at any time, the appropriate disciplinary action will be immediately taken (kick or ban from the Battle day or Tournament). If a player is reported more than twice in a given week, he will be put under review by the Administration resulting in a possible removal from CF 2142. 11. Gentleman Agreements: To Avoid Confusion during battle, agreements between the armies modifying the ROE will NOT BE ALLOWED. 12. Players switching sides: After a start of a Campaign players are not allowed to switch sides unless Admins feel that the switch is necessary. 13. Battle Day Attendance: Battle will be stopped if one side has less than 7 people on a battle day not including Admins at any point of the day. The side with higher number of player will be declared as a winner regardless of the battle score. There is no "men over" rule. keep your numbers up guys or you will lose no matter what the score. 14. Peekaboo Rule No one is allowed to keep popping out of the main base sheilds and shooting if any one is found to be breaking this rule will have the following punishments 1, Warning 2, Kicked 3, Banned for the day and round lost for your side 15. Admin Team: Admins who are not assigned to any of the armies and reserve a right to play on the side of their choice. This topic is not for discussions or reviews. |
